TBH: These new emojis

All I've ever wanted in my entire life of owning an iPhone is an cheese emoji and today, October 21st, 2015, The Lord Jesus and Apple Inc. have answered my prayers. There are so many reasons to be thankful, but my puns about cheese are the #1. Some would say, the big cheese of reasons.

Honestly, I didn't know we were supposed to be getting new emojis until I was scrolling on Twitter and saw E! tweeted about the champagne popping one. Another great reason to follow E! on Twitter. It put me ahead of my co-workers who were just finding out about it this afternoon, which was a really great feeling when one of the random ones mentions it to you like they're superior and have been chosen by the ghost of Steve Jobs to give you this piece of information. Sorry, giant creature taking up space near me, I already knew and actually have tweeted three times using them. Maybe next time, average human.

It's also great because are so many emojis that I didn't know I wanted. The smiley guy with the hands? Love it. Ice Queen blowing wind? She's like the embodiment of my soul. Smiley with zipped mouth? A perfect one to send passive-aggressively tweet in a dramatic moment.

They've really thought of everything. I still feel like there are too many flags but I get it. At least they put them at the end this time so you don't have to scroll through 2,876 flags to get to the one you're looking for. Also the random boxes that I never use are COLOR COORDINATED. That's my aesthetic. Things I never use but look pretty.

However, if I have one suggestion for the next release of new emojis, could I get a few more cat faces? Like, imagine all the regular yellow smiley faces but as cats. That'd be amazing and my instas of my cat would be a lot cuter. But no rush, just whenever.
