Staying hydrated is hard. As Tom Haverford would probably say, water is boring and I hate it. We're supposed to drink eight glasses of this stuff a day but literally no one I know does that. It's nearly impossible unless you straight up chug it all at the same time but I think you could die from that. Adding a little natural flavor is a great way to get excited about drinking water throughout the day. There are tons of really amazing health benefits to infusing fruit, vegetables, and herbs into your drinking water, but really they just make it more fun to drink. Plus, you get to walk around with your pretty water and make people think you're super into healthy living which is always a big plus.
