The Most Iconic Real Housewives' Songs
If you've know me for more than four minutes, you know how much I love the Real Housewives franchise. This Bravo gem has given our society so much, and I am forever grateful to Andy Cohen. Not only have we gotten great one-liners, the SkinnyGirl margarita, and NeNe Leakes, we've also been #blessed to receive the greatest gift of all: music.
I'm still waiting for Bravo to release a compilation album of all their stars' singles, but until that moment I'd like to take a walk through the most iconic flowers we've been graced with so far.
Money Can't Buy You Class — Countess LuAnn
Could we start with list with any other song? This is a true American classic and will be sung for decades to come. I hope that this is something future generations will ask us about in awe that we witnessed this song in real time.
Chic, C'est La Vie — Countess LuAnn
SHE DOES IT AGAIN. Y'all, she's the best. A non-stop hit making machine. Also, all the cameos in this video give me so much life.
Tardy For The Party — Kim Zolciak
Y'all I love Kim and this song is a true gem. Also, she is truly living her best life. Like, have you seen Kroy? Girl, get it. She's an inspiration.
Gone With The Wind Fabulous — Kenya Moore
You say this song sucks? I say it's fabulous! You say she definitely wrote the lyrics in the ten minutes before Watch What Happens Live started filming? I say you're probably right but let's not call her out on it because she's had a lot going on recently and I feel bad. Now, twirl!
How Many F**ks? — Erika Jayne
Okay, I know Erika Jayne is her own thing and was truly successful waaay before her RHOBH debut, BUT this song is honestly incredible and I'm kind of obsessed with it. I mean, obvs it's not on the same level as Money Can't Buy You Class, but lightning never strikes the same franchise twice.
Who Gon Check Me Boo? — Shereé
Probably one of the most iconic lines in RHOA history finally got the song it deserved. Also, I love that in the title of this video it clearly states that this a NeNe Leakes diss song, because I'm sure that NeNe was super concerned with the lyrics in this song.
BONUS
Over It — Miss Lawrence
This song is actually my JAM and I'm not ashamed. Putting this on repeat and turning up the volume got me through my first year at work.
WTF BONUS
I Am Real — Simon van Kempen
I have no words, but I love that Simon whipped out the iconic red leather lace-up pants for the photoshoot.
